The subject property consists of two parcels of land, encompassing ~10.00 acres more or less, commonly referred to as the "Service/Delgado" property and Assessor's Parcel Numbers: 686-040-005, 006. The parcels are located within the boundaries of the Agua Caliente Indian Reservation and are completely surrounded by Tribal Trust and Allotted property. Currently, there is no specific use for the subject properties at this time; however the Tribe is actively managing land which contains cultural and natural resources unique to the Tribe and within its Reservation.
