The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project applicant, Jenny Matkin. The applicant will install two (2) temporary "Humbolt Crossings" at Crossings "4" and "5", temporary rocked fords at Crossings "12", "13", and "14", and improving Crossing "15" to have temporary, 12" culverts or a temporary bridge crossing, as part of the non-industrial harvesting of timber per 1999 Matkin NTMP 4-99-007/TUO
