Document Description
Using both State and federal funds, the California Department of Transportation will place an Asphalt Rubber Chip Seal on approximately 10.8 miles of (SR) 36 in Tehama County. Work will include the removal of thermoplastic pavement markings. All work will remain with the existing roadbed hinge except for construction parking, staging, and stockpiling. The paving is at the age where a preventable type treatment will extend the service life of the road before it needs a major rehabilitation.
