The supplement provides additional information regarding the 1-hour mainenance demonstration and contingency measures in light of the revocation of the 1-hour NAAQS and replacement of that antibacksliding requirements for terminating 185 fees by addressing criteria contained in Clean Air Act Section 107 regarding redesignatiion of areas from nonattainment to attainment.
