Document Description
The Applicant impacted streambed at the above mentioned location. The Applicant moved material within the streambed to create two berms, each approximately 15 feet long, 6 feet wide, and 3 feet tall, and one dam approximately 20 feet long, 6 feet wide, and 3 feet tall, that completely spans the streambed. The total area directly impacted through the construction of the berms and dam is estimated at 5,000 square feet, or 0.1148 acres, consisting entirely of ephemeral streambed habitat. This Agreement authorizes the Applicant to redistribute the streambed material used to construct the berms and dam within Mockingbird Canyon Creek at the property described above
