Document Description
The Permittee proposes to restore the riparian vegetation along the bank within the property; Permittee had removed the vegetation prior to receiving a Streambed Alteration Agreement from the Department. Several pine trees and willows were removed. The Permittee shall restore the area with 12 native trees and a minimum of 25 native shrubs, with species native to the area. These species may be fire resistant and may be irrigated to ensure high moisture for fire protection.
