Document Description
The University of California, Agricultural and Natural Resources Division proposes to implement phase 1 of the Clean Closure Work Plan for the Sierra Foothill Research and Extension Center (SFREC), The Clean Closure Work Plan for two waste disposal sites located at the SFREC at 8279 Scott Forbes Road near Browns Valley in Yuba County, California proposes the excavation of buried waste from the Corporation Yard Disposal Site (CYDS) and the Yuba River Disposal Site (YRDS) and disposal of the waste at offsite landfills. The plan is in general accordance with Local Enforcement Agency (LEA) Advisory #16-Clean Closure.
