The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) Green Remediation Team (GRT) is conducting a pilot project to apply green remediation concepts to investigation and remediation activities for contaminated soil identified at the TiO2 manufacturing area within the study area (GRT Study Area or Project Area). The GRT is comprised of representatives from DuPont, DTSC, and the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
