Project proponent will replace a 1,100-foot section of 34-inch gas transmission line by trenching through a seasonal wetland. The area will be returned to pre-project condition following replacement of the pipeline. The project is necessary in order toachieve adequate operation proessure in the pipeline, as required by the Californis Public Utilities Commission.
