Document Description
Project consists of the sale and transfer of 9,293 square feet of potential coverage rights from Conservancy-owned land to various receiving sites in the South Stateline Hydrologic Area where highway elements will be installed. The elements will include new curb and gutter, replacement of drainage systems, grinding and overlay, shoulder widening, sidewalk improvements, landscaping pedestrian lighting, traffic signal upgrades. The transfer enable the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in the hydrologically-related area.
