This Project consists of performing horizontal directional drilling (HDD) underneath waterways at four locations within Emerald Farms property for the purposes of installing a gas pipeline. The beds, banks or channels shall not be disturbed unless there is a fracturing in the substrate (Frac-Out) that occurs during drilling.
