Document Description
On June 12, 2012 a conditional use permit application was submitted requesting the property located at 800 E. Polk Street be used for a contractors storage yard which would include the storage of general construction equipment such as pick-up trucks, flat bed trucks, dump trucks, back hoes, compressors and one sea train container for small tools.
The Site is located on the corner of Thompson Street and Polk Street within the City of Coalinga Corporate Boundaries. The Site is relatively flat with an existing perimeter fence with slats to reduce visibility from Polk Street and Thompson Street. There is a 784 square foot offcie building located on the property which will be used for 1-2 full time staff members.
