Document Description
The project consists of an extension and expansion of an interim measure for Rainbow LLC, dba Rainbow Transport Tank Cleaners (Rainbow), to continue soil vapor extraction (SVE) in the northwest corner of the site. The interim measure SVE system operated previously between October 22, 2009 and October 21, 2010 followed by a period of rebound analysis. The interim measure is necessary to prevent volatile organic compounds (VOCs), including tetrachlorethylent (PCE) and trichloroethylene (TCE), from migrating off-site and onto the neighboring residential property.
