The purpose of the proejct is to extend the life of the pavement. Work includes placing a 1 inch hot mix overlay from edge of pavement to edge of pavement on sR 190 new Paramint Valley from PM 40.0 to PM 57.9, traffic control, placing shoulder backing materialon the shoulders, and repainting the striping on the highway.
