Document Description
The Kern-Tulare Water District (KTDW), a Central Valley Project (CVP) water contractor will exchange up to 55,300 acre-feet of 2012 and 2013 CVP water with Kern County Water Agency (KCWA), a State Water Project (SWP) contractor. KCWA has requested conveyance by DWR of this non-SWP water under Article 55 of KCWA's long-term SWP water service contract. The water will be conveyed using existing SWP facilities and will be delivered within the SWP place of use.
