During the incident period of December 17, 2010 through January 4, 2011, heavy rains and flooding caused damage to Road 88, an earthen embankment that was constructed in Deer Creek. To pass the water of Deer Creek at Low, three (3) RCP cross culverts and an additional two (2) CMPs were installed.
