Document Description
The Program will work with willing agricultural landowners in priority impaired reaches of the Los Osos Creek, Warden Creek, Warden Lake and Chorro Creek watersheds to complete design and implementation of agricultural water quality improvement projects that will result in significant reductions in nutrient, pathogen and sediment loading to Morrow Bay National Estuary. This project is funded by the State Water Resources Control Boars's Clean Water Act 319h grant program.

Reasons for Exemption
All project will occur on existing crop and ranch lands without expansion of land uses. Individual practices will be implemented on portions of land already impacted by roads, turn paths for row crop equipment, pump heads, etc. All work is scheduled to be performed during the dry season to avoid any impacts to aquatic habitat. Projects will be short in duration.
