Document Description
The project is limited to installation of a new seep well and the removal of an existing non-fuctional seep well and the diversion of water from the Trinity River pursuant to a legal water right. All work shall be in accordance with submitted plans and diagrams and any subsequent revisions approved by the DFG in writing. The project will have no significant effect on the environment.
