Document Description
The project is limited to excavation of an off-stream area to create a small pond for recreational, fire protection, and aesthetic purposes. The flow will come out of an existing off-channel pond, which is fed from a diversion off a year-round spring. The diversion of the spring is through a sping-box, and can be shut off during construction and/or have its flow regulated to allow the new pond to fill slowly.
