The project consists of the following entitlement requests:
1. Minor Use Permit (UPM) for the 276-unit Apartments at Barrett Ranch project, to allow for the project to exceed 150 multifamily units;
2. Major Design Review (DRS) for the 276-unit Apartments at Barrett Ranch project.
The project consists of various three-story walk-up residences as well as one community building, landscaping and amenities, and parking. The residences within the buildings will include a combination of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. The project contains eight residential buildings containing 143 studio or one-bedroom units and 133 two- or three-bedroom units, for a total of 276 residential apartment units ranging from 523 to 1,328 square feet.
