The Project involves the construction of water supply well facilities to serve as a potable water supply source for the District’s North Service Area and consists of one water supply well and associated above ground well equipping improvements/components (hereafter referred to as “above ground facilities”). The project site is located in northern Sacramento County in the Antelope community north of the intersection of Don Julio Boulevard and Antelope Road. The Project is located on Assessor Parcel Number (APN) 203-0120-101 and the coordinates are 38°42'14.3"N 121°20'43.2"W. The Project site is approximately 30,000 square feet.
