Document Description
The CA Dept. of Fish and Wildlife is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2013-0217-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, CA Dept. of Transportation (Caltrans). This project proposes to perform scour mitigation on Dry Creek Bridge on SR 65 in Yuba County near the City of Wheatland at PM 2.21 by placing RSP along the full length and width of the structure. The project will involve bridge work, grinding of the existing deck surface and/or structure, construction of access roads, an equipment staging area, work within the 100 year floodplain, railroad involvement, temporary construction easements, ground disturbance, vegetation removal, seasonal construction windows, night work, work within the stream channel and placement of RSP.
