Document Description
The District's Combie Phase 1 Canal replacement Project involves the installation of dual pipelines within the existing Combie Phase 1 Canal. There have been several failures of the Combie Phase 1 Canal over the years and it is considered to be in generally poor condition. Construction of the proposed Project will utilize the existing canal as a pseudo-trench section and could be implemented without taking the canal out of service.
