Document Description
A Site Approval Application for the expansion of an existing agricultural warehousing facility to include the storage, stockpiling, drying, and processing of agricultural by-products. The agricultural by-products (vegetables and fruit) are preprocessed off-site and trucked to the site. The materials are spread on the paved asphalt and concrete drying pads, solar dried, and stockpiled prior to being transported off-site. The project consists of upgrading, resurfacing, and expanding the drying pads. No new buildings are proposed.
