The City proposes to implement the Near-Term projects identified in its Water and Sewer System Master Plans to meet water treatment and distribution, and wastewater conveyance demands. Near-term Water Master Plan projects consist of new and replacement wells and wellhead treatment, new transmission and distribution mains, and a new storage tank and booster pump station. Near Term Sewer System Master Plan projects consist of construction of and improvements to lift stations, addition of emergency backup generators, installation of new and replacement sewer pipelines, and replacement of pumps and distributions boxes at the Ceres Wastewater Treatment Plant.
