The City of Ceres proposes to implement projects identified in its 2011 Water Master Plan and 2012 Sewer System Master Plan to upgrade existing system components, conveyance and distribution systems, and other associated facilities to improve water and wastewater distribution, system operations, and maintenance. These improvements are necessary to serve the City through build-out of the City's General Plan. The proposed project actions would be implemented in three phases: near-term project actions (through 2017), intermediate-term actions (2018-2022), and long-term actions (beyond 2022).
