The project would reduce the existing number of Inn units from 16 to 14, would increase the restaurant/bar area from 611 sf to approximately 1171 sf, and would add 241 sf within the deck footprint (on the northwest side of the building, away from the river), to become part of the lobby. The library, sitting room and sunroom would be eliminated, and a 302 sf meeting room would be added.
