"After-the-Fact" Coastal Development Permits for two temporary schools; one temporary elementary school located at 620 North Street, Pescadero on the parcel of an existing elementary school/middle school, and on temporary middle school (relocated from elementary school site) located at 330 Butano Cut-Off Road, Pescadero on the parcel of an existing high school. Emergency Coastal Development Permits have been approved for both project scopes due to health and safety concerns. The work outlined in the project scopes, below, have been completed under approved 2008 Emergency Coastal Development Permits and are now pending full Coastal Development Permit approval.
