The project is located in the Bridle Ridge Specific Plan Area. The project entitlements include a tentative subdivision map to divide 9.2 acres (APN 064-013-023, 063-068-031) into 54 residential lots. The lots range in size from approximately 4,900 to 12,300 sf. In addition, the applicant a proposing a General Plan Amendment to redesignate the project site from Medium Density Residential to Low Density Residential in the City's General Plan. The project will also amend the Bridle Ridge Specific Plan to redesignate the site from Medium Density Residential to Single-Family Low Density Residential.
