Document Description
The Renewable Energy Anaerobic Digester (READ) project will construct and operate a 50-ton per day anaerobic digester that will use campus organic waste to produce electricity. The facility will be located at the former campus landfill site west of Country Road 98 on the west campus. Waste will be processed in the biodigester to produce biogas that will be used in a variety of energy production systems, including the production of electricity.
