The project proposes to construct approximately 2.5 miles of multi-use trail for hiking, biking, and equestrian users within an existing 10-foot wide bench cut of the 50-foot-wide, County-owned parcel of the historic flume alignment. The Flume Trail will connect to the El Monte County Park Trail.
