The Proposed Project is a solar PV power generation system for SVSP and CTF. The Proposed Project would be located on approximately 31 acres encompassing two distinct parcels. The sites correspond to an unsectioned portion of the Soledad, CA and Palo Escrito Peak, CA 7.5-minutes quadrangles (ECORP 2012a). The solar array would convert incident sunlight to direct current (DC) electrical power which would then be converted to alternating current (AC) before being delivered to the SVSP and CTF owned distribution system.
