Document Description
The Proposed Project is a 2.2 megawatt solar photovoltaic (PV) power generation system for the CCWFC. The Proposed Project would be located on an approximately 17 acre parcel along the southern boundary of CCWFC. The site corresponds to a portion of Section 6, Township 10 South, and Range 17 East (Mount Diablo Baseline and Meridian) of the Berenda, California 7.5-minute quadrangle. The solar array would convert incident sunlight to direct current (DC) electrical power which would then be converted to alternating current (AC) by four centrally-located inverters before being delivered to the CCWFC owned distribution system.
