Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and
Streambed Alteration Agreement (LSAA) (EPIMS-SBR-27600-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code
section 1602, to the project Applicant, IDI Logistics as represented by Brian Caris.
The project is limited to the construction of six commercial development buildings totaling 3,439,197
square feet within 291.27 acres of grassland and disturbed habitats. A total of five streams will be
partially or completely graded and filled as a result of the project. The project includes the preservation of
68.90 acres of open space, including restoration of 21.20 acres of Riversidean Sage Scrub habitat in the
southern portion of the project site. A total of 14.94 acres of detention basins will be constructed. There
will be a 16.77-acre buffer zone between the development and the natural hillside open space and/or the
detention basins.
