Note: Revised Reclamation proposes to issue a partial assignment contract to SID for 300 AF of Class 1 water from TPDWD. In turn, Reclamation would amend TPDWD's existing repayment contract to reflect a reduction of TPDWD's Class 1 contract supply by 300 AF.
