The California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), pursuant to authority granted under California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 4.5, Chapter 20 is approving an addendum to a previously adopted Negative Declaration for the renewal of a Hazardous Waste Facility Permit (Permit) for World Oil Terminals – Vernon (WOT-Vernon), formerly D/K Environmental- Vernon (Facility) for ten additional years. This Permit will allow continued operations of the railroad and truck loading and unloading unit and a container storage unit. The Facility is located at 3650 East 26th Street in Vernon, CA 90058.
