NOTE: 1 CD - Final The Ventura County Watershed Protection District's Ferro Ditch Channel Improvements Project involves increasing the capacity within the channel to provide flood protection from the 50-year storm. The Ferro Ditch (Channel) is an earthen and concreted rock riprap channel approximately 1,700 feet long, extending downstream and south of the Ferro Debris Basin (Basin) to Los Angeles Avenue.
