Applied Silicone Corporation is proposing expansion of its existing facility (the "project") to the westerly adjacent vacant property. Applied Silicone manufactures silicone raw material to medical device manufacturers. Business growth necessitates additional buildings for their operations. The project involves the phased construction of three new industrial buildings each approximately 6,000 sf in area and a 2,034 sf caretaker's residence. Use of the property would be for industrial use and the caretaker's residence is for residential use. Fifty-two off-street parking spaces are included with the project.
