The project includes the development of the new garden area, establishment of ADA compliant pedestrian paths with new lighting, new irrigation, and a new path for cyclist and pedestrians. Most of the earth disturbing activities will occur in fill materials previously placed at the project site. A small portion of the work at the foot of the lower walkway could include excavation into previously undisturbed soil.
