Document Description
The purpose of the Project is to repair and maintain two culverts beneath State Route 138 at postmile (PM) 27.45 and PM 28.46. The Project will also repair a sinkhole in the embankment at PM 28.46, which developed as a result of the failed culvert. Rock slope protection will be placed at the downstream outlet of both culverts.
