Document Description
In early 2010, seals were installed on the gates to prevent nuisance flows down the byspass when gates are closed. In order to accommodate the increased forces acting on the gates from the new seals, 2-inch square tube struts, and a 3/8" thick banding plate need to be added (weilded to existing structures) to stiffen the gates.
