Document Description
The project proposes to install structural and vegetative measures to stabilize general bank erosion that includes slope raveling and undercutting of trees. The project area is along the easterly 140 lineal feet of the shorezone bank and along 15 feet near the westerly property line. Structural measures include installation of rock revetments with intermixed plantings along shoreline and a 4 foot high concrete retaining wall to correct undercut banks and eroding slopes in front of the beach house and pier.
