Document Description
The proposed project description is defined as the removal and replacement of the existing HVAC system which includes replacing the ductwork system; piping; electrical controls; and variable regriderant flow. The work is to be completed on the Main Building; and the East Building. The proposed project will not result in an increase in the intensity of use, there will be no construction of new buildings, no changes in school use or occupancy, and there will be no change in the number of classrooms or student capacity. The beneficiaries of the proposed project are the staff and students at the school and the community.
