Document Description
The Project shall impact no more that 72 square feet of stream permanently and 300 square feet of stream temporarily. The Permittee proposes to replace an existing 18" storm drain from the parking lot watershed with retention/bioswale structures (outside of streambed area) with 10' overflow pipe necessitating energy dissipating riprap in the stream channel. The Permittee will plant 300 square feet of the stream to mitigate for the permanent impacts.
