Document Description
Install two concrete pads to hold Iron Rangers, one at the Pump House parking lot and one at Fall Creek parking lot in Henry Cowell State Park to collect user fees. At each location, work will excavate a hole approximately 3' by 3' wide by 18' deep, lay 5/8", fill hole with concrete, install the iron rangers and secure it with bolts. Additional work will install two 6' long concrete curb stops in a wedge shape and pinned down, forming a "No Parking" zone directly in front of the iron rangers.
