Document Description
The proposal is a request of the City Council for extra-territorial service provisions to provide enforcement in the area owned by EVMWD that is vacant with hill terrain and the San Jacinto River. The enforcement will be of Ordinances prohibiting vehicles, commercial fishing, litering, defication, camping, open forrest fires, dumping, hunting, proaching and other crimes. Approximately 240 acres.
