Document Description
The project is limited to the installation of approximately 1,850-foot long section of new four-inch high pressure gas pipeline from the intersection of Silverado Trail to the Meadowood Resort entrance along Meadowood Lane. Installation of the pipeline extension will use horizontal directional drilling construction at a minimum depth of 10 feet beneath the unnamed tributary to Napa Creek. The remaining segment of the pipeline expansion shall be completed by open trench excavation. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2012-0088-3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
