- The proposed City-initiated amendments to Title 23 of the Elk Grove Municipal Code (hereinafter referred to as the Zoning Code) and Title 4 (Business Regulation) include minor amendments to clarify the various planning entitlements and development standards, and correct inconsistencies. Theamendments to the Triangle Sppecial Planning Area would revert building setbacks to previously adopted AR-1 development standards.
