Document Description
The project consists of installing a dock access staircase that connects to the top of the existing rip-rapped shoreline and allows safe access down to the water line where the boat is docked. The staircase will be approximately 4' wide X 40" long, made of prefabricated aluminum. The staircase will be secured at the top with two sets of piers, set within a 5' x 5' concrete pad. The pad will be installed directly into the existing rip-rap shoreline. The work will be completed when the shoreline and site are dry.
