Document Description
The proposed project would replace the existing roof of Gymnasium Building at the California School for the Deaf, Fremont, with new roofing system. The project is needed because the roof is old and damaged. Hazardous materials abatement required will be identified in the construction specifications and will be handled in compliance with existing federal and State laws and regulations. The project would renovate an existing State-owned facility and would not involve an expansion of existing use.
